Installation Instructions:
1. Remove the headrest for the desired seat location in
your vehicle.
2. Check to see which headrest sleeve diameter best
fits the headrest supports in your vehicle by trying to
slide each sleeve size over the headrest supports.
The headrest sleeves (C) are provided in diameters of
8 mm, 10 mm, 12 mm, 12.7 mm, and 14.1 mm. The
sleeves should fit around the headrest supports as
tightly as possible to prevent vibration. No sleeve is
required for headrest supports with diameters
between 14.2 mm and 16 mm (insert the headrest
supports directly into the bases (D) for this size).
3. Once you have found the correct headrest sleeve
size, insert the headrest sleeves (C) into the smooth
slots in the bases (D).
4. Insert the assembled bases (D & C) onto the headrest
supports and re-install the headrest supports into the
seat.
5. Insert the slotted black hanger sleeves (B) onto the
bottom of the hanger (A) by aligning the slots.
6. Insert the hanger with slotted black hanger sleeves
attached into the open slotted holes of the bases (D)
and press down gently until the slotted black hanger
sleeves (B) are flush with the top of the bases (D).
