ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Deluxe Air Bed

Thank you for buying a Texsport Authentic Adventure Gear Product. We hope you enjoy your new air bed and that it will serve you

with many years of pleasure. We encourage you to read and understand each step of the set-up instructions prior to working with the

air bed.

HOW TO INFLATE

The air bed inflates easily and quickly. There are two (2) separate
valves to fill with air. Fig. 1 (Points A and B). The air bed can be
inflated with a canister vacuum, upright vacuum or and air pump
(not included).

Do not inflate with compressed air. This voids the warranty. For
inflating, lay out flat. Air bed must be at room temperature - not
cold. Inflate slowly leaving a few folds. If you over inflate you will
weaken the weld and void the warranty.

Step 1

Using an upright vacuum for inflation:

• Remove dust bag and place exhaust opening of

vacuum into the top opening of the Boston
Valve (Point B) and inflate to desired firmness.

• Remove air bed and recap Boston Valve.

Step 2

Using a Canister Vacuum for inflation:

• Switch hose to exhaust outlet.
• Open the top of the Boston Valve (Point B) and insert the hose from the vacuum.
• Inflate to desired firmness
• Remove hose and recap Boston Valve.

Step 3

Using an air/foot pump
NOTE: The air/foot pump is not automatically included with the purchase for this air bed. It may

be purchased separately.

• Insert the nozzle (with largest opening) firmly in the small air duct opening (Point A). Make

sure small inside flutter valve is pushed in to allow air flow inside.

• Continuously depress bellows pump with foot.
• Recap after desired firmness has been achieved.

CAUTION: DO NOT OVER INFLATE; SEAMS MAY BURST.

HOW TO DEFLATE:

Step 1

Remove the bottom cap of the Boston Valve.

Step 2

Force all air toward this opening by hand or by laying on the bed. Note: Pinch small air duct
(Point A) to release air as it is a one way valve.

Step 3

Continue until all air is removed.

Step 4

It is now ready for storage. Do not store when wet. Fold loosely and avoid sharp bends and
creases which can damage the material.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE:

• Check the air level of the bed occasionally. If more that one person is using the air bed at the same

time, less air may be required for comfort. Experience will suggest the best air levels.

• The air bed should be cleaned if necessary with soap and water. Do not use chemicals, scouring

powders or any other abrasive. This will ruin the material.

• Do not expose the air bed to extreme temperatures. Inflate when at room temperature.
