* Princeton Tec calculates total burn time as the time it takes for the light source to produce a

minimum of 0.25 lux at 2 meters. 0.25 lux is about the equivalent of a full moon on a clear night.
* Princeton Tec berechnet die Gesamtbrenndauer bezogen auf eine von der Stirnlampe erzeugte

minimale Beleuchtungsstärke von 0,25 Lux in 2 Meter Abstand. 0,25 Lux entsprechen in etwa

Battery Installation – See Battery Installation Diagram

1 CR123 Lithium Battery

Princeton Tec cares about the environment and

recommends recycling batteries. For more information

about battery recycling, please go to:

www.batteryrecycling.com
To install the batteries, unlatch the battery door. Open the

Remix case by popping the door latch over the catch and

rotate the door open.
Install battery according to the polarity markings on the

inside of the cabinet. Observe proper battery polarity

when installing the batteries. Improper installation of the

batteries will damage the light and void the warranty.
Rotate the door to the closed position, squeeze the body

between your forefingers and thumb to snap the door

latch over the catch.

WARNING

Never mix fresh and used batteries.

Never mix different battery brands or

chemistry types.

Always remove drained batteries immediately.

Remove batteries during long periods of storage.

NOTE: Rechargeable NiCad or NiMH batteries may

result in reduced brightness due to lower nominal

voltage.
Switch Operation – See Switch Operation diagram
1. You can press the switch continuously until the light
turns off.
2. or if more than 1.6 seconds has passed (since your
last button press) the light will turn off on the next
press.
Switching from the 5mm to the Maxbright LED –

The Remix Pro has two light sources to choose from,

three Ultrabright LEDs or a Maxbright LED. Each light

source has two modes (High and Low).
To switch between light sources, press and hold the

button down until the light source switches to the desired

source. As soon as it switches release the button.
NOTE: If you keep the button pressed the light will

continue to switch back and forth between the 5mm and

Maxbright LED (on low light settings) until you release
the button.

Once you have found your desired light source, you now

can select different brightness levels. Your light will start

on “low output”. To change to “high output” you must

press the button again in less then 1.6 seconds from the

previous press. Any additional delay will cause the light to
turn off after the next button press.
One final note about the light function – If you have the
light turned on, (and more than 1.6 seconds has passed
since your last button press) and you press and hold the
button down to switch light sources, you will be in
darkness for about one second as the light sees this
press as a signal to turn the light off and switch to the
other light source simultaneously..

Troubleshooting
If the Remix Pro fails to light:

Check the batteries for proper installation.

Replace batteries if proper installation is confirmed.

Check the light for water contamination on the circuit

board. The light will resume normal operation once the
