SIP Registration Timeout Retry Timer
An administrator can now set the length of time, in seconds, that the phone waits
until it re-attempts to register after a REGISTER message times out. This
parameter is called, sip registration timeout retry timer, and is configurable via
the configuration files and the Aastra Web UI.
Configuring via the Configuration Files
You use the following parameter in the configuration files to configure the
registration timeout retry timer.

Description Specifies the length of time, in seconds, that the phone waits until it
re-attempts to register after a REGISTER message times out.
Note: If this parameter is set lower than 30 seconds, the phone uses a
minimum timer of 30 seconds.
