Version
You can view the PRL (Preferred Roaming List), ERI (Extended
Roaming Indicator), software version, Browser version, @metro
version, and hardware version on your phone. This feature is
helpful if you need to contact Customer Service.

From the Settings menu, select Phone Info

Version.
Hardware and software information for your phone
appears in the display.

Press the OK (

key to return to the Phone Info
menu.
MEID
Lists the MEID number for your phone in decimal (MEID Dec) and
hexadecimal (MEID Hex) formats.

From the Settings menu, select Phone Info

Version.
MEID Dec and MEID Hex numbers for your phone appear in
the display.
