Answering Calls

Drag the incoming call notice up to

) sends the call directly to your

voicemail box.

) sends the call to your

voicemail box and immediately allows you to

send the caller a text message.

Pressing the Volume down button mutes the ringer.
Your device notifies you of incoming calls in the

following ways:

The device rings or vibrates.

The backlight illuminates.

The screen displays an incoming call message.

If the incoming call is from a number stored in your

Contacts, the entry’s name is displayed. You may also

see the caller’s phone number, if available.

Answering a Roam Call With Call Guard
Enabled

Call Guard is an option that helps you manage your

roaming charges when making or receiving calls while

outside the Nationwide Sprint Network. (Please see

“Roaming” on page 174 for more information.)
