the problem appears repeatedly, try
one of the following:
• stop and restart SyncThru
• stop and restart the database
If the operation involves device
communication, stop and
restart the device.
20003
Unknown Error Severe SyncThru faced some critical
unhandled error. Try the operation again by following
the Help menu or this SyncThru™
Admin 5 Job Accounting Guide. If
the problem appears repeatedly, try
one of the following:
• stop and restart SyncThru

Invalid CSV Data Warning The imported file contains invalid
data, or the format of the data is not
correct. Check the imported file’s contents for
invalid data, like login ID format,
password format, number format and
etc. Refer to the Help menu or this

Accounting Guide.

Invalid CSV
Header Warning The imported file contains invalid
header. The header name (columns)
does not follow the guidelines. Check the file for header format. The
header should be the same as in the
file exported from SyncThru. Refer to
the Help menu or this SyncThru™

for a local user. Please make sure of the following:
• Login ID should start with an
alphabetical character, a~z or A
~Z.
• Login ID should be less than 31
characters long.
• Login ID cannot include any
special characters except for \, -,
and ..
21002
Invalid Password
Format Warning You have entered an invalid
password format for a local user. Please make sure of the following:
• Password should include only
alphanumeric characters (a~z, A
~Z, and 0~9).
• Password should be between 4
characters long and 32 character
long.
21003
Invalid Email
Format Warning You have entered an invalid email
address for a local user. Please make sure that the email
address is correct. Then, check to
see if the email address is available.
