Adjust the Ringer
To adjust the Ringer volume, while in Standby mode, press the
Volume key(
) Up or Down.
Note: The Volume key is on the left side of phone.
Vibrate Mode
ᮣ From the Home screen, repeatedly press the Volume key
(
) Down until the “Vibrate only” icon ( )
appears in the display.
Silent Mode
Silences the ringers, the alerts, and the tones your keypad makes
when you press a key.
ᮣ From the Home screen, press ➔ Settings ➔
Sound settings ➔ Silent mode. The “Silence All” icon
( ) appears in the display.
Note: Make sure your Vibrate setting is set to Never or Only when not in Silent
mode.
Music Player Mode
The Music Player in your phone can play music files (MP3, CMX,
Midi, AAC, AAC+, and eAAC+), but only if they are stored in the
My Music folder on an optional microSD Memory Card.

• Entering Music Player Mode:
