Screen Timeout
Screen timeout lets you select how long the display screen remains lit after you press any key.
1. Press and then touch Apps > Settings > Device tab.
2. Touch Display > Screen timeout, and then touch a time setting.
Daydream
Use Daydream to control what the screen displays when the tablet is docked or charging. Choose to
display Colors, Flipboard, or photos.
1. Press and then touch Apps > Settings > Device tab.
2. Touch Display > Daydream.
3. Touch the ON/OFF switch to turn Daydream on.
4. Touch each setting for options:
 Colors: Display colorful screens.
 Desk home screen: Customize the screen when the tablet when using a docking station (not
included). Touch for options.
 Google Photos: Display pictures from your Google+ Photos account. Touch to choose
pictures.
 Photo frame: Display pictures in a photo frame. Touch to choose pictures.
 Photo table: Display pictures in a grid. Touch to choose pictures.
5. Touch for options:
 Select when to daydream: Set when Daydream mode occurs. Select from While docked,
While charging, or Both.
Show Battery Percentage
When Display battery percentage is enabled, the percentage of remaining battery power displays beside
the battery icon in the Status bar.
1. Press and then touch Apps > Settings > Device tab.
2. Touch Display > Show battery percentage to enable the option.
