Q5 Active X does not run in Internet Explorer on the Start
screen.
A Since Internet Explorer on the Start screen complies with the
HTML5 web standards, it does not support Active X. However,
Internet Explorer on the Desktop supports Active X.
► How to activate Active X:
If you right-click over the Internet Explorer, the following
window appears. Press the
button and click View on the
Desktop. Active X is now enabled.
Q6 I want to remove the pre-installed Windows 8 or
Windows 8.1, and install a different OS.
A If you want to install a different operating system on your
PC, you need to change the BIOS settings first.

go to Customer Support > Troubleshooting. Search for
Windows 8 or Windows 8.1, and look through the list of
search results for the relevant issue.
Q7 The screen overlaps the text characters, or the font
looks smaller.
A If the font size is set too large or too small, the screen may
overlap the text, resulting in poor readability.
On the desktop, right-click an empty area and click
Personalize > Display > Resize all items, and then click
Apply.
