• Copy to Phone/SIM card: allows you to copy the selected contact entry or all contact entries to the Phone or SIM card.
• Select language: allows you to select between English, Français, and Español.

If you are viewing the contact, press Options for these additional options:
• Edit: allows you to edit the name and number fields in the entry. You can also add an email address and notes.
• Send message: allows you to send a Message or Audio postcard to the selected number.
• Assign speed dial: allows you to assign a speed dial key number to the selected Contact entry.
• Send name card via: allows you to send your name card via Message or to a Bluetooth enabled device.
• Delete: allows you to delete the select contact.
• Copy to phone/SIM card: allows you to copy the selected number or all numbers to your phone, or SIM card.
• Add to Block list: Allows you to add the highlighted number to the blocked call list.
• Print via Bluetooth: sends the contact information to a Bluetooth enabled printer.

Press Call to dial the selected number.
Dialing a Number from Contacts
Once you have stored phone numbers in People, you can dial them easily and quickly by using the location numbers
that were assigned to them in People.
Note: If you cannot remember a location number, you must go into the Contacts menu in the People menu to search for the entry by
name. For more information, refer to “Finding a Contact Entry” on page 40.
Speed Dialing
Once you have stored phone numbers from your Phonebook list, you can set up to 8 speed dial entries and then dial
them easily whenever you want, simply by pressing the associated numeric key.
From Idle mode, press and hold the appropriate key (2 to 9) to speed dial the numbers assigned to keys (2 to 9).
Setting Up Speed Dial Entries

From Idle mode, press the Menu

➔
Speed dial.

Use the Navigation keys to select the keypad number key where you wish to assign the new speed-dialing
number and press Add or
.
• Select from the 2 to 9 keys, and press Add.
