Section 9: Organizer
The Organizer allows you to set alarms, schedule appointments, view the calendar, set an alarm, create a To Do list,
write a note, perform simple math calculations, calculate tips, check world time, perform unit conversions, set a timer,
and use a stopwatch.
Calendar
With the Calendar feature, you can:
• Consult the calendar by month, week, or day.
• Set Schedules, Anniversaries, or Miscellaneous events.
• Set an alarm to act as a reminder, if necessary.
• Check your memory status.
ᮣ From Idle mode, press Menu ➔ Organizer ➔ Calendar and press Select or .
When you select the Calendar menu, the following options are available:
Month view
With the Month view displayed, press the Options soft key to display the following options:
• View mode: takes you to the Day view or Week view of the selected day.
• Create new: allows you to create a Schedule, Anniversary, Miscellaneous, or To Do.
• Go to: takes you to the Today’s date or another date highlighted.
• Delete: allows you to delete the selected event, events during a period of time, this month, or All events.
Week view
With the Week view displayed, press the Options soft key to display the following options:
• View mode: allows you to select Day view or Month view.
• Create new: allows you to create an Schedule, Anniversary, Miscellaneous, or To do.
• Go to: displays Today’s date or the date you entered.
• Delete: allows you to delete the selected event, events during a period of time, this week, or All events.
