– Properties: view basic details about the selected message.
E-mail Messages
The E-mail option allows you to send or receive e-mail from AIM, AOL, or Yahoo! Mail, or you can select from other
broadband e-mail providers.
E-mail Setup
This option allows you to select the e-mail accounts you want to use.
1. From Idle mode, press Menu ➔ Messaging ➔ E-mail and press the Select soft key or .
2. Select a provider and press .

3. If you selected Other providers, press , and select from this list, then press .
4. Enter the Screen Name/Email Address and Password. Also, press to select the Keep me signed in or New
email notification checkbox (if desired).
5. Press the Sign In soft key or to sign in.
Email Settings
This option allows you to modify your e-mail account settings.
Note: Account settings vary depending on your e-mail account.
1. From Idle mode, press Menu ➔ Messaging ➔ E-mail and press the Select soft key or .
2. Press Options ➔ Email Settings and press .
3. Highlight each option, highlight your choice and press to make the selection.
4. Press Save to confirm your selections.
Instant Messaging (IM)
Instant Messaging is a way of sending short, simple messages that are delivered real time to users online. Before
using this feature, you need to subscribe to a messenger service. Your handset has three pre-loaded messaging
services (AIM, Windows Live Messenger, and Yahoo!).
