Troubleshooting the Docking Station

Why did an error message appear when I correctly disconnected the docking
station?

An error message may appear if a software application is open or a device is
connected to the docking station. Close all software applications that are in use
and disconnect any devices. Try to disconnect the docking station again. If an
error message appears after doing these steps, contact Sony Customer Support.
