Using the Floppy Disk Drive
The computer comes with a floppy disk drive.*
To insert a diskette
1. Hold the diskette with the label side facing up.
2. Gently push the diskette into the drive until it clicks into place.
To remove a diskette

When you finish using the diskette, wait until the LED indicator light
turns off and then press the Eject button to remove the diskette.
* Sony recommends leaving the floppy disk drive in the drive bay at all times. If debris or other for-
eign objects enter the drive bay, the unit may be damaged.
Do not press the Eject button when the LED indicator is turned on. Otherwise, data
may be lost. Do not remove floppy disk drive. Critical data loss may occur
