“Memory Stick Voice Editor“ Software Operations

Using the Menu
Commands

File menu

Open MSV File

Opens an MSV file in the computer’s hard
disk onto the player section of the
“Memory Stick Voice Editor“.

Rename Message

Changes the name of the selected message.

Save Message File

Saves the selected message by specifying
the file type , file name, and destination
folder.

Play Back

Plays back the message selected in the
message list box. If no message is selected,
the message opened on the player section
will be played back.

Set Priority

Opens the dialog box to set the priority
marks for the selected message.

Set/Cancel Alarm

Opens the dialog box to set the alarm
playback for the selected message.

Delete Message

Deletes the selected message.

Folder

•Rename Folder

Changes the name of the selected
message folder.

•Save Folder

Saves the messages in the selected folder
by specifying the file type, folder name,
and destination folder.

•New Folder

Creates and adds a new folder in the
folder list box.

•Delete Folder

Deletes the selected folder.

Save as VOICE Folder

Saves all the message files of all the
message folders in the VOICE folder at one
time onto the computer’s hard disk.

Add/Replace Messages

•Add Message File

Add a message file from the computer’s
hard disk to the “Memory Stick“ as MSV
files. An MSV file is added as it is and ICS
(SP mode only) and WAV (8/16 bit,
linear PCM monaural) files are
automatically converted into MSV files.

•Add Folder/Replace VOICE Folder

Adds all the messages in the selected
message folder from the computer’s hard
disk to the “Memory Stick“. When you
select a VOICE folder in the hard disk,
the folder replaces the existing VOICE
folder in the “Memory Stick“ after saving
its backup.

Select Drive

Changes the drive in the drive box.

Exit

Exits the “Memory Stick Voice Editor“.
