Abbreviated Dialing (AD)

To program/reprogram
an AD button

Note: AD buttons must
first be assigned by your
System Manager.

On a separate sheet of paper, jot down the outside
numbers, extensions, and/or feature codes you want
to program

Note: Each AD button will hold one complete phone
number or feature code.

to program as items on your personal list(s) (see
example to the left)

Note: Each phone number or feature code is stored
as a separate item.
