Use the Door Terminal
The functions described in the following are only available with at least one door terminal con-
nected to your PBX (see manual of the PBX).
Via the menu “functions” you can talk with the door terminal, open the door and switch the
light on even without a call to your telephone.
Use the Function via Function Menu:
green The configuration defined for the key is switched on.
off The configuration defined for the key is not switched on.
Open the function menu for the function “door
function” (You will find help on
page 33 and
the following).

Use the and softkeys to browse to the
option you require and press the softkey to
the left of the option:
ț [name/number]: Selects a door by its name/
its number.

The icon marks the current
setting.

option you require and press the softkey to
the left of the option:
ț open door/light: Open the door and switch
on the stairway light.
ț open door: Open the door.
ț light on: Switch on the stairway light.
ț talk: Establish a voice connection to the
door.
