After the release of the function COMfortel Voicemail in the Upgrade Centre the following fea-
tures are additionally available for you:
Answering machine (call dependent announcements, tapping, takeover, message for-
warding, remote access with quick entry)
Call recording
Voice memos
Recording (announcements, messages, call recordings and voice memos) as a WAV file
on the SD card
Manual and automatic backup of the configuration, of the lists and the telephone book on
SD card
Simple data access to the content of the SD card via standard PC card reader or
COMfortel Set
Placing and Cleaning of the Device
Please pay attention to the following advice when installing and cleaning the telephone:
Put the system telephone on a non slippery pad. It might be possible that some plastics
or colours used on furniture are aggressive to the device feet. This chemical reaction
might cause damage to the surface of your furniture. The manufacturer is not taking any
responsibility for this kind of damage.
Do not expose the system telephone to strong electromagnetic fields (electric motors,
mobile phones, TV, video, radio and household appliances). In extreme cases it may
destroy the telephone.
Protect the device against moisture, dirt, aggressive fluids or steam.
Avoid placing the device into direct sunshine or other source of temperature.
If a cleaning is necessary, wipe the case with a damp cloth or use an antistatic cloth. Make
sure, no moisture will enter the case. Please observe the following security advice.
