It is possible to configure a ringer melody for InterCom calls. But pay attention that it will be
played for a maximum of 1 second before the telephone takes the call automatically.
The here defined ringer melodies are not valid if “single tone” has been configured under
ringer volume (see below).
Change Ringer Volume automatically
You can increase/reduced the volume of the telephone automatically. Then the telephone
starts ringing in the volume configured by you (see
page 170 ) and increases/reduces the vol-
ume every 5 seconds by one step until the maximum/minimum volume has been reached.
Press the plus-/minus keys to configure the
volume.
You hear the displayed ringer
melody in the configured vol-
ume.

Press the softkey in front of the correspond-
ing selection:
ț [ringer melody]: Selects one of the offered
ringer melodies.

Open the settings menu for the setting “ringer
volume” (You will find help on
page 33 and the
following).

Use the and softkeys to browse to the
option you require and press the softkey to
the left of the option:
ț steady: Select a steady volume during the
whole phase of ringing.
ț autom. increase: Select an automatic
increase of the volume during the ringing
phase.
ț auto-reduction: Select an automatic reduc-
tion of the volume during the ringing phase.
ț single ringtone: Select a single silent tone
instead of the configured ringer melody.
