Radial Mount Front End Lowering Kit
For BMW S 1000 RR
INSTALL RADIAL MOUNT BRACKETS
Remove the top and bottom brake caliper
mounting bolts. Re-insert bolts through the
radial mount brackets with the notched area
facing toward the brake caliper as shown.
Torque bolts to 38 Nm (28 lb-ft). Repeat on
opposite side.
ABS models: The wheel speed sensor cable bracket will need to be moved to on
top of the radial mount bracket. Remove the cable from the bracket and install the
bracket as shown. Replace cable into the bracket.
INSTALL STRAP END KIT
Cut the short strap and end bracket from the buckle. Place
Brock’s Performance strap end bracket into the buckle,
install the supplied bolt, lock washer, and nut. Tighten the
nut securely.
Do not over tighten and distort the buckle, the
release mechanism will become jammed and not function
correctly.
