HDD Store Function in Security Strengthen Mode
A Box built on the HDD is used to store the scanned data. To prevent the data from
being accessed or tampered with, we recommend using the Box with a password
specified.
Never fail to use the Security Strengthen mode when storing any secret document.
User authentication will be required when the STORE or RECALL tab is touched.
For details on storing data into the HDD, see p. 4-12 of the User’s Guide - Main Body.
If the Security Strengthen mode is turned off temporarily for some reason, the
machine manager should tell that to all users.
