5. To decline the quote, provide a reason for declining it (to help the print shop provide better
customer service) and then click Decline.
 Declining a quote is permanent. The print shop will not be able to re-quote a price for the
order.
(Approvers Only) Handling Pending Approvals
If you are a designated approver (for a company or print shop) you must review any orders that are
pending approval and handle them by approving or declining the orders. If orders need approving, a
Pending Approvals link is displayed below the navigation bar when you log into the site.
To review and handle pending approvals
1. Either click Pending Approvals below the navigation bar or click My Account in the navigation bar
and then click Approvals. The Approvals page opens and lists all the pending approvals in
chronological order.
2. Click the number of an order in the Order Number column. The Order Confirmation page opens
with an approval pane at the top.
