Toner-Limit

[For ink-jet printers this is called ink-limit]

It is not normally necessary to change any of these settings.

Toner-Limit

The Toner-Limit value reduces the maximum area coverage of each color plane. The default value is 100% for

all media and print modes.

Example: If Toner Limit = 100% and the input color is 100% Cyan, the resulting Cyan area coverage is 100%. But if

Toner-Limit = 50% and the input color is 100% Cyan, the resulting Cyan area coverage is 50%.

Total Toner-Limit

The Total Toner-Limit reduces the maximum area coverage of all planes combined. If the total area coverage is

greater than this value, the area coverage of each color plane is reduced so as not to succeed the total area

coverage.
