Dividing files [File Divide]
Large files or files with long recording times
can be divided for easier management and
editing.
See “Dividing files [File Divide]” (☞ P.84)
for the procedure.
Displaying file or folder
information [Property]
You can display the information of a file or
folder from a menu screen.
File information
1 Press the
2 or 3 button to switch
the screen.
• [Name] [Date] [Size] [Bit Rate] *1
[Artist] *2 [Album] *2 are displayed.
*1 When a linear PCM format file is
selected, the sampling rate and bit
count are displayed in the [Bit Rate]
field.
*2 If there is no tag information in
the file, [UNKNOWN_ARTIST] and
[UNKNOWN_ALBUM] are displayed.
Folder information
1 Press the
2 or 3 button to switch
the screen.
• [Name] [Folder] and [File] are
displayed.
• In [Recorder] mode, [Folder] is not
displayed.
• Displayed numbers of files do not
include files in formats that are
unrecognizable to the voice recorder.
