Additional information for Setting the TV
signal system menu
When the video signal is input into the AV input jack on this unit, you
can adjust the TV signal on the menu operations.
For details, refer to the following directions.
Setting the TV signal
When you connect this unit to a TV tuner, be sure to adjust the TV
signal setting to one that is suitable for your country.
As this function is initially set to Auto, the unit will automatically
adjust the TV signal setting.
However, the screen may turn black or images may not be dis-
played properly when Auto has been selected and the reception
is weak. Normally, select the appropriate TV signal.
About your country TV signal, consult with your nearest Pioneer
dealer.
You can operate this function only for the video signal input into
the AV input.
1 Display the system menu.
Refer to Introduction of menu operations in the Menu operations
section.
2 Touch TV Signal on the system menu to select the
appropriate TV signal.
