DJ PLAYER OPERATION
BASIC OPERATION / DEMARCHES DE BASE
UTILISATION DU LECTEUR DJ
Starting Playback
1. Insert a disc in the player.
This unit spins discs at high speeds to provide high performance. As a result,
disc loading takes a couple of seconds.
2. If auto cueing is on, press the PLAY/PAUSE button (
3/8).
÷ Wait for the CUE button indicator to light up before pressing the button.
The silent portion at the beginning of the displayed track will be skipped
and playback will begin instantaneously from the first bars of the track.
Once the first track has been played, the player will automatically search for
the beginning of the next track to be played. The cueing indicator [CUE] will
light up, the PLAY/PAUSE button[
3/8] indicator will flash, and the player
will then wait for the PLAY/PAUSE button (
3/8) to be pressed before begin-
ning playback of the next track.
3. If auto cueing is off, playback will begin automatically
from the first track.
÷ When auto cueing is off, playback will continue after the first track has
been played, with all subsequent tracks being played in sequence.
÷ When playback of the final track is complete, playback will automatically
come to an end.

1. Insérez un disque dans le lecteur.
Pour assurer de hautes performances, cet appareil fait tourner les disques à
haute vitesse. Par conséquent, le chargement du disque prend quelques secondes.
2. Si le repérage automatique est en service, appuyez sur le
bouton PLAY/PAUSE (
3/8).
÷ Attendez que le voyant CUE s’allume avant d’appuyer sur le bouton. Les
silences au début de la plage affichée sont sautés et la lecture commence
automatiquement à partir des premières mesures de la plage.
Une fois que la première plage est reproduite, le lecteur recherche
automatiquement le début de la plage à lire ensuite. Le voyant [CUE] s’allume,
le voyant [
3/8] du bouton PLAY/PAUSE clignote et le lecteur attend que le
bouton PLAY/PAUSE (
3/8) soit actionné pour commencer la lecture de la
plage suivante.
3. Si le repérage automatique est désactivé, la lecture
commencera automatiquement à la première plage.
÷ Lorsque le repérage automatique est désactivé, la lecture continue après
que la première plage est reproduite, toutes les plages suivantes étant lues
successivement.
÷ Lorsque la dernière plage est reproduite, la lecture s’arrête
automatiquement.
Stopping Playback
Press the EJECT button ( 0).
÷ Playback will stop and the disc will be ejected.
÷ Note that the CDJ-800 does not come with a stop button.
To Pause Play
During playback, press the PLAY/PAUSE button (
6).
÷ The PLAY/PAUSE button [6] indicator and [CUE] indicator will flash,
and play will be paused.
÷ When the PLAY/PAUSE button is pressed again, play will resume and the but-
ton indicator will light steadily.
÷ In the CDJ mode broken sound will still be audible during the pause mode; if
you wish to stop all sound, lower the output sound volume on your audio mixer.
÷ When the unit has not been operated for 80 minutes or more in pause mode,
the disc rotation stops automatically. In this instance, playback can be resumed
by pressing the PLAY/PAUSE button.

÷ Notez que le CDJ-800 n’est pas équipé d’un bouton d’arrêt.
Pause de la lecture
Pendant la lecture, appuyez sur le bouton PLAY/PAUSE
(
6).
÷ Le voyant [6] du bouton PLAY/PAUSE et le voyant [CUE] clignotent et
la lecture est interrompue.
÷ Si le bouton PLAY/PAUSE est à nouveau actionné, la lecture reprend et le
voyant du bouton reste allumé.
÷ En mode CDJ, un son par intermittence reste audible en mode de pause. Si vous
souhaitez couper complètement le son, abaissez le volume de sortie sur la table
de mixage audio.
÷ Si l’appareil n’est pas utilisé pendant plus de 80 minutes en mode de pause, la
rotation du disque s’arrête automatiquement. Dans cet état, la lecture peut
reprendre par une pression sur le bouton PLAY/PAUSE.
