1. Security lock slot
Optional accessories
You are able to add a number of options and accessories in order to make
your computer even more powerful and convenient to use. For reference,
the following list details some of the items that are available from your
reseller or TOSHIBA dealer:
DDR3-1066 Memory
Kit A 1 GB, 2 GB or 4 GB memory module
(DDR3-1066) can easily be installed in the
computer.
Universal AC Adaptor If you frequently use your computer at more than
one site, it may be convenient to purchase an
additional AC adaptor to be kept at each site in
order to remove the need to always carry the
adaptor with you.
Battery Pack An additional battery pack can be purchased for
use as either a spare or replacement. Please
refer to chapter 6,
Power and Power-up Modes
for further information.
TOSHIBA Hi-Speed
Port Replicator The TOSHIBA Hi-Speed Port Replicator provides
the ports available on the computer in addition to
a RJ45 LAN jack, an External monitor port, a DC
IN 19V jack, a Security lock slot, four Universal
Serial Bus 2.0 ports,two Universal Serial Bus 3.0
ports, a Serial port, a HDMI out port (some
models are equipped with a HDMI out port), a
Microphone jack and a Line out (Headphones,
Speakers). Please refer to the TOSHIBA Hi-
Speed Port Replicator User's manual for more
details.
