• Melt butter in a bowl on HIGH for 30 seconds.

Add eggs, milk, season, mix well. Cook on HIGH
for 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds.

• Break each egg into a ramekin dish.

Carefully pierce white and yolk in 3-4 places.
Cover and cook on HIGH for 1 minute.

• Place the oil in a 17.8cm (7") shallow dish. Heat

on HIGH for 1 minute. Break the egg into the oil.
Pierce yolk and white in 3-4 places. Cook on
HIGH for 40-50 seconds.
