Note: If you intend not to use the appliance for a longer period of

time, remove the adapter from the wall socket to save energy.

NiMH battery packs can be harmful to the environment and may

explode if exposed to high temperatures or fire.

Disconnnect the appliance from the mains.



Let the appliance run until it stops.

Only remove the battery pack if it is completely empty.



Undo the screws and remove the lid of the battery

compartment (Fig. 29).



Disconnect the terminals one by one and remove the battery

pack (Fig. 30).
