6. If the outriggers are extended and the machine is level you will be able to raise or lower the

machine by holding the interlock trigger on the joystick and moving it forward to go up and
backwards to go down.

7. If the machine becomes unlevel or an outrigger loses pressure the Tilt alarm will sound and the

machine will not lift. If the Tilt alarm sounds the platform must be lowered, legs retracted and
the machine moved to a stable location before attempting to level and elevate the platform.

EMERGENCY LOWERING

Stand clear of the elevated assembly while operating the Emergency Lowering Valve Handle.
If the platform should fail to lower, NEVER climb down the
elevated assembly.
Ask a person on the ground to open the Emergency Lowering Valve
to lower the platform. The Emergency Lowering Valve is located at
the front of the frame on the left side.

1. Open the Emergency Lowering Valve by pulling the handle

out.

2. To close, release the handle.

NOTE: The platform will not elevate if the Emergency Lowering Valve is held open.

PARKING BRAKE


If the machine is parked or stopped for any period of time apply the braking park. Never drive the
machine with the Parking Brake applied. Serious injury or damage could result.

The parking brake is located on the front of the frame below the
battery box on the right hand side.

1. To apply brake press the Parking Braking Handle down until

it latches straight across.

2. To release brake pull up the Park Braking Handle up until it

latches straight up.
