Source Four User Manual and

Source Four Assembly Guide in reference to HID fixtures. Refer to this document for lamp
specification, lamp identification, lamp replacement, and ballast information for 70 and 150 watt (W)
Source Four HID fixtures.
General Information
• Source Four HID is suitable for damp locations.
• The fixture can be canopy mounted.
• The fixture
cannot be recess mounted.
• HID ballasts
cannot be remotely mounted from the fixture.
Lamps
C A U T I O N :
This fixture must be grounded.
C A U T I O N :
Source Four HID fixtures are not dimmable.
Dimming will damage the ballast
and void your warranty.

Do not use lamps other than the specified HID lamps in Source Four HID fixtures.
Use of lamps other than those specified below will void UL and cUL safety
compliance and your warranty.
C A U T I O N :
Source Four 70 and 150W HID fixtures are not interchangeable. 70W lamps can
only be used in 70W fixtures and 150W lamps can only be used in 150W fixtures.
Use of incorrect lamps will void the UL and cUL safety compliance, the
warranty, and may damage the ballast.
