Insert the four castors (L) into the leg posts

Place the mattress (D) onto the mattress support.

CAUTION:

Use only mattress provided by

manufacturer, which must be at least 38 inches long by
24 inches wide and not more than 3 inches thick.

Step 2

Read all instructions before assembly and
use of crib.

Tools needed: Allen Wrench & Bolt Wrench (Included)

Care Instruction:

Your crib may be cleaned, using a damp
cloth and ordinary mild domestic
detergent. Do not use abrasives or
bleach. Air dry.

Before assembly drop the two latches
on the end panels (C ).

Insert swivel pins (G) into the remaining side rail (B)
as illustrated. Insert the threaded end of swivel pin
into end panel (C ). Tighten with nuts (I) using
wrench (J).

Insert 4 barrel nuts (F) under the horizontal posts.
Attach one end panel (C ) to rail (A) using four bolts
(E) & lock washers (H). Tighten with allen wrench
(M). Repeat step with remaining end panel (C ) Note:
Latches at bottom of end panel are inside the crib.

Step 3

Unfasten the two hook & loop straps from
the rail (A) and drop posture board down
into position. Fasten the posture board with
hook &loop straps to side rail (B)

This crib conforms to applicable r egulations promulgated

by the Consumer Product Safety Commission.

This crib meets new C.P.S.C. 16 CFR 1220 and
A.S.T.M. 406 Standards. (This crib also meets
A.S.T.M. 2710 Commercial Crib Standards.)

NEVER use this product if there are any loose or missing fasteners,
loose joints, or broken parts. Check before assembly and
periodically during use.

In gaps between a mattress too small or too thick and product
sides.

On soft bedding.

NEVER add a mattress, pillow, comforter, or padding.

This crib including side rails must be fully erected prior to use.

NEVER place a crib near windows where cords from blinds or
drapes may strangle a child.

Discontinue use of the crib when child is able to climb out or
reaches a height of 35 inches (890 millimeters), the child should be
placed in a youth bed.

If refinishing, use a non-toxic finish specified for children's
products.

!

Child can become entrapped and die when improvised netting or
covers are placed on top of crib. NEVER add such items to confine
child in crib.

NEVER use a water mattress with this crib.

Always provide the supervision necessary for the continued safety
of your child. When used for playing, NEVER leave child
unattended

To reduce the risk of SIDS, pediatricians recommend healthy
infants be placed on their back to sleep, unless otherwise advised
by your physician.

CAUTION: Keep small parts and plastic bags out of reach of small
children

!

NEVER use plastic shipping bags or other plastic film as mattress
covers not sold and intended for that purpose. They can cause
suffocation

WARNING!

Strings can cause strangulation! NEVER

place items with a string around a child's neck, such as hood
strings or pacifier cords

!

NEVER suspend strings over a crib or attach strings to toys.

Use only mattress provided by

Replace teething rail if damaged, cracked, or loose

side rail with the hook
