ASSEMBLY
Frame and Transport Axle Assembly
1. Select a smooth, level area that can be reached by a
hoist or lift truck.
2. Place the Center Frame on supports, approximately
36 inches high and rated for 2,000 lbs. or higher.
3. Attach Transport Axle to Center Frame, using 5/8-11
X 13" Screws, Flat Washers, and Lock Nuts.
4. Attach the Wing Support to the rear of the frame
using 1/2-13 X 1 3/4” Screws, Flat washers and Lock
Nuts.
NOTE
The Plastic Bearings are maintenance free and require
no grease.
• Install the base end of the 4 X 20 Hydraulic Cylinder
using one of the pins provided with the Cylinder. The
rod end of the Cylinder will be attached to the lug on
the Transport Axle Assembly.
• Tighten all hardware to the recommended torques.
