ALARM PILL BOX INSTRUCTIONS
FEATURES
This Pill Box helps you organize your daily pills, and reminds you to take them with audio and/or
vibrating alarm 4 times per day. No reset required.
Now you’ll never forget to take your medicine
again! Features include:
 Displays time with backlight.
 Four daily alarms.
 Audible and vibration alarms.
 Four pill containers.
INSTALLING AND REPLACING BATTERIES
Your Pill Box is powered by three AG13
Button Cell Batteries (preinstalled) for time function and
one UM4 (AAA) battery for vibration and alarm sound function.
Follow these steps to install the UM4 (AAA)
Battery:
1. Slide the OPEN switch located
on the side of the
box in the direction of the arrow and SLIGHTLY
OPEN the top body (photo A). Lift the back of
the top body
(photo B) to separate it from the
lower body.

2. Place one fresh AAA Battery in the compartment making sure the correct polarity
(+/-) is as indicated.
3. Place the top and lower bodies together and press them together until it clicks to lock.
The AG13 Button Cell Batteries are preinstalled. Replace them when the LCD fades or
the time function is abnormal.
Follow these steps to replace the AG13 Button Cell Batteries:
1. Slide the OPEN switch in the direction of the arrow and SLIGHTLY OPEN the
top body (photo A). Lift the back of the top body (photo B) to separate it from
the lower body.
2. Use your fingers to remove the old batteries and install new ones with the positive
side (+) up.

. Place the top and lower bodies together and press them together until it clicks to lock.
Battery notice: Do not mix old and new batteries. Replace all batteries at one time. To
avoid leakage or explosion, do not put batteries in fire. Remove the batteries if product is
to be left unused for a long time. Clean the battery contacts prior to battery installation.
SETTING THE TIME
1. Slide the sliding switch to T-SET.
2. Press or hold HOUR to set the correct hour.
3. Press or hold MINUTE to set the correct minute.
4. Repeatedly press 12H/24H to set the time format.
5. Slide the sliding switch to TIME.
SETTING THE FOUR ALARMS
1. Slide the sliding switch to 1.
2. Press or hold HOUR to set the correct hour.
3. Press or hold MINUTE to set the correct minute.
4. Repeatedly press ALM ON/OFF to turn on or off the
alarm. " " appears when the alarm is turned on.
5. Repeat steps 1-4 to set the alarm for 2, 3, and 4.
6. Slide the sliding switch to TIME.
NOTE:
 At the preset alarm time, the alarm sounds/vibrates for 30 seconds and stops
automatically, The alarm repeats every four minutes, if no key is pressed.
 To stop and terminate the alarm, press any key.
SETTING THE ALARM MODE
You can select the alarm mode by sliding the sliding switch to these positions:
1. VIB: vibration, LCD displays " ".
2. BEEP: DEE, DEE ... sound, LCD displays " ".
3. VIB + BEEP: vibration and DEE sound, LCD displays " ".
TURNING ON BACKLIGHT
To turn on backlight, simply press any key.
RESET
Press RESET located in the back of the
Pill Box
to reset when the unit does not function properly
or to clear any alarm or time settings.
LOADING PILLS IN THE PILL BOX
1. Snap open the 4 individual pill box container lids located on the back of the box.
2. Load pills into the individual containers.
3. Snap shut the individual pill box container lids.
