MK Diamond MK-170 New Rip Fence - Manual

MK-170 IMPROVED RIP FENCE
Thank you for the recent purchase of your MK-170 Tilesaw. Enclosed, please find the improved replacement components for your
MK-170 rip fence. The new design is longer and features a clip, which can be tightened against the rear of the table to firmly hold the
fence in place.
The enclosed components include:
1. Replacement Upper Fence (157247)
2. Fence Clip (157559)
3. Knob (157583-1)
Assemble of your new fence as follows:
1. Remove the two screws (E3) securing the Lower Fence to the Upper Fence.
2. Install the new fence (E1) in its place. Do not tighten mounting screws.
3. Install the clip (E6) at the rear of the fence using the knob (E5) provided.
4. Place fence assembly on saw table and position side of fence flat against blade. Tighten thumbscrew on lower fence.
5. Tighten screws (E3) attaching upper and lower fence pieces.
To use fence assembly:
1. Loosen thumbscrew and slide fence assembly into position.
2. Tighten thumbscrew at front of saw.
3. Tighten knob (E5) at rear of saw such that clip is secured against ridge at rear of table.
