STOP AND READ ALL LASER SAFETY DATA

OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS AND LASER SAFETY -

SERIOUSLY. WE MEAN IT!

The light source emitted from this product can potentially cause eye injury

if not set up and used properly. The light source emitted from a laser is v

ery

different from any other light sources with which y

ou may be aw

are. Laser

light is thousands of times more concentrated than an

y light from any other

kind of light source. This concentration of light can cause

instant ey

e inju-

ries, primarily by burning the retina. Even if y

ou cannot feel “heat” from a

laser beam, it can still injure or blind you or y

our audience. Even v

ery small

amounts of laser beam light are potentially hazardous even at long distanc

-

es. Laser eye injuries can happen faster than the blink of an ey

e, literally

.

Just that because this laser splits the laser beam into hundreds

of beams and that the laser beam is scanned out in high speed, THAT DOES

NOT MEAN THA

T AN INDIVIDUAL BEAM IS SAFE FOR HUMAN EXPOSURE!

This laser uses dozens of milliw

atts of laser power (Class 3B levels internally)

before it splits into multiple beams (Class 3R levels). Man

y of the individual

beams are potentially hazardous to the eyes.

Do not think that because the laser light is moving, it is safe. This is not

true. Eye injuries can occur instantly

, so it is critical to prevent ev

en the

smallest possibility of any direct ey

e exposure. It is not legal to aim Class

3R lasers in areas which people may be exposed. This is true even if

it is aimed below people’s faces, such as on a dance fl oor.

Do not operate the laser without fi

rst reading and understanding all

safety and technical data in this manual.
