10- to 16-pin Mirror Adapter Harness
Kit # 9002-6006A
This jumper harness allows for installation of 9002-9510, 9002-9511, 9002-9515, 9002-9516, or 9002-9603
mirrors into GM vehicles equipped with a 10-pin inline mirror connector.

Step 1. Remove existing mirror along with the mirror harness cover, if equipped, and expose the 10 pin
connector.
Step 2. Connect the vehicle’s 10-pin connector to the 10-pin female connector of 9002-6006A.harness.
Step 3. Follow 9002-9510, 9002-9511, 9002-9515, 9002-9516 or 9002-9603 mirror instructions to ensure
the and video leads from the harness provided in the mirror kits are inserted into the correct cavities of
the 16-pin male connector.
Step 4. Use a digital multimeter to ensure that 16-pin connector Pins 8 (Ground), 9 (Reverse +), and 13
(Ignition+) are active.
Step 5. Connect the 16 pin connector of the 9002-6006A harness to the mirror.
