Danger of electrical shock!

• Connect the hand blender only to a properly

installed plug point with a power supply voltage
of 230 V at 50 Hz.

• Unplug the hand blender from the socket if

you notice any faulty operation and before
you decide to clean it.

• Never dip the motor unit of the hand blender into

any liquid and make sure that liquids do not enter
into the casing of the motor unit. Do not expose
the appliance to humidity and do not use it out-
doors. If by chance liquids do enter into the
casing, unplug the appliance from the power
socket immediately and have it repaired by a qua-
lified technician.

• Never touch the hand blender, power cord or

plug with wet hands.

• To unplug the power cord, always pull out the

plug from the socket and do not pull at the
cord itself.

• Do not crease or crimp the power cord and

place the power cord in such a way as to
prevent anyone from stepping or tripping over it.

• If the power cord or the motor unit is dama-

ged, have the hand blender repaired by a
qualified technician before using it again. Do
not attempt to open motor unit casing of the
hand blender. In this case, the appliance is
not safe and the warranty is voided.

• Unplug the hand blender from the power sup-

ply immediately after use. Only when you
unplug the appliance is completely safe.

Danger of injuries

!

• Always keep the hand blender out of the

reach of children. Do not allow children
to use it.

• Handle the extremely sharp blade

with

caution as it can cause injuries. Mount the
chopper back in its place after use and
cleaning to avoid injuries to anyone. Keep the
blade out of the reach of children.

Fire hazard!

• Do not operate the hand blender for more

than 1 minute. Do not process hard foodstuffs
for more than 15 seconds. Thereafter, switch
the appliance off for 2 minutes to prevent it
from overheating.

Attention!

• Never attempt to remove foodstuffs from the

vessel as long as the blade

is still running.

Contents squirting out may cause soiling.

• Never fill the measuring cup beyond the 500

ml mark. Exceeding this may cause foodstuffs
to spill out.

• Do not clean the attachments of your hand

blender in a dishwasher as doing so may
damage them.

• Do not use the vessels and the measuring

cup in a microwave. Doing so may damage
them.
