Scan to Home Directory Settings
Retrieve Home
Select this check box to obtain the currently
Directory logged on user’s home directory information
(Active from the address book server with the LDAP
Directory only): attribute of “Home Directory.” This will create a
Home Directory element in the Preselected
Share drop-down list on the Scan to Folder
Preset Shares configuration screen.
IMPORTANT
If this check box is selected, and the [Retrieve
Home Directory (Active Directory only]
check box on the Create Authentication Server
screen is also selected, the authentication
server is checked first for the Home Directory.
If no Home Directory is found on the
authentication server, then the address book
server is searched.
2.1.3 If you select an Anonymous authentication server, proceed to
step 3 and enter the configuration information for the
authentication method.
NOTE
Although step 3 shows a standalone address book server with no
association to an authentication server, the configuration
information is identical to if you were creating an address book
server with an association to an authentication server (except for
selecting [None] for the authentication server and not displaying
[Same as Authentication Server]).
