Congratulations! you’ve just purchased one of the most effective methods available for keeping your vehicle and
other 12-volt lead-acid batteries properly charged, desulfated and maintained —the SP-25; 25 Watt, 1.6 Amp
SolarPulse (735X325) Solar Charging System.

Now you can proactively maintain, condition and extend the life of your 12-volt lead-acid batteries with this one
unique, solar-powered system. Besides charging your battery, it also provides a constant high frequency
electronic DC pulse that removes sulfates on the battery plates and returns them to the electrolyte. By simply
cleaning the plates, this system extends battery life up to 5 times, maintains peak battery efficiency and increases
charge acceptance so batteries recharge faster and more deeply.

The SP-25 SolarPulse is ideal for virtually any vehicle or equipment that has high electrical parasitic loads and/or
may sit unused in isolated situations where electrical power is not always available. It’s designed to work with
either single batteries or up to four batteries in parallel.

This system will save you time, money and effort by reducing battery-related downtime, maintenance and
replacement.

Permanent Mounting Instructions:

Mounting The Solar Panel
Mount the solar panel where it will have the most consistent
direct access to the sun. The solar panel can be mounted in
one of the following ways:
• Heavy-duty dual-lock
• Double-sided tape
• Industrial Silicone or other adhesives.

Splicing The Solar Panel Wire (as required)
If you wish to remove excess wiring between the solar
panel and circuit box, they can be cut and spliced together.
If you wish to extend the length of the solar panel wires,
they can be spliced with additional wire using one wire
gauge size larger
than the supplied wire.
In this case use 16 Ga.
Be sure to solder and
seal with heat shrink
tubing.

Mounting The Circuit Box
Mount the circuit box near the battery, but DO NOT attach it
to the battery itself.
The circuit box can be mounted in one of the following ways:
• Screws
• Heavy-duty dual-lock
• Double-sided tape
• Industrial Silicone or other adhesives.
Make sure the circuit box is mounted in a location where
it’s well protected and will not accidentally be disturbed by
moving engine parts, etc.
