Deleting a Confidential Mailbox
Follow this procedure to delete a confidential mailbox.

Open all three one-touch speed dialing panels
➞ press [Data
Registration]
➞ [ ▼ ] or [ ▲ ] until <3.FAX SETTINGS> appears

press [Set].
If necessary, see steps 1 to 3 of “Creating a Confidential Mailbox,” on p. 7-2.

Press [ ▼ ] or [ ▲ ] until <6.FILE SETTINGS> appears
➞ press
[Set]
➞ [ ▼ ] or [ ▲ ] until <1.CONFIDNTL MAILBOX> appears

press [Set].
If necessary, see steps 4 and 5 of “Creating a Confidential Mailbox,” on p. 7-2.

Press [ ▼ ] or [ ▲ ] until <3.DELETE FILE> appears
➞ press [Set].

Enter the two digit number of the confidential mailbox that
you want to delete using the numeric keys
➞ press [Set].
You can also press [
▼] or [▲] to select a confidential mailbox number.
