１．INSTALLATION
1. Drain the oil from the diff case housing.
2. Remove the Carrier Case Cover. Label the diff side
bearing caps (upper left & bottom right) to know the
correct part position, then make your reference mark
point with orange paint marker on the final drive gear.
When you remove the diff from the case housing, please be
careful NOT to mix the side bearings and the adjust washers.
3. After you remove the LSD from the case you can refit it as
is later. But if you were to change your LSD unit as well
you will need to remove the side bearings and refit them
with the new LSD unit.
・Be careful not to install the bearings on the wrong side.
・Use a bearing puller to remove the bearings & an Oil
Seal Drift to remove the Oil Seals.
4. Apply thread lock paste to the bolts when reassembling the case housing.
【Torque Tension】
（1）Torque Wrench：74～83N・m(7.5～8.5kgm)
（2）Tightening Angle：31～36°
・ Ensure that the gear is clean from any grit or unwanted material prior to fitment.
・ You can reuse the drive gear bolts only after thoroughly cleaning them thoroughly.
(Replacing with new bolts is recommended).
・ Please use a vice when sealing and tightening the bolts on the case.
