Playing at Various Speeds/Frame by Frame
Jsing the click shuttle and the JOG button/indicator on
he player, you can play back a DVD/CD/VIDEO CD at
various speeds or frame by frame. Each time you press
OG, it changes between shuttle mode and jog mode.

Click shuttle
To change the playback speed (Shuttle
mode)
Turn the click shuttle. The playback speed changes
depending on the turning direction and angle as follows:
When you play back a DVD
FF2^>- (about 30 times the normal speed)
FFl^^ (about 10 times the normal
% speed)
x2^ (about twice the normal
♦ speed)
PLAY^- (Normal speed)
SLOWII» (playback direction)
SLOW2I»- (playback direction
^ - slower than "SLOWl I»-'")

SLOVV2-«| (opposite direchon
0 - slower than "SLOVVl ")

If you turn the click shuttle quickly, the playback speed goes to

Press S) or @. Each time you press ®, the playback speed goes
to FRl or FR2 alternately. Each time you press ®, if goes to FFl
or FF2 alternately.
C To play in slow motion using the remote
Press -^1 or !► .

Depending on the DVD/V7DEO CD, yon may not be able to do
some of the operations described.
