Using the Phone Book

Using the Phone Book

You can use the Phone Book to store your contacts’ names, phone and fax

numbers, street and e-mail addresses, and more. You can also create a
group name, sort your Phone Book, and select graphics to help you
visually identify entries. You can even import information from other
databases into your Phone Book so that all your contact information is in
one place. You can use the Phone Book to automate dialing when placing
phone calls, sending data files, and sending faxes.

Large Phone Books will take a long time to synchronize.

Accessing the Phone Book

□ Click the PHONE BOOK button on the Main screen, then select the

Phone Book tab. Or click Phones... on dialogs that have this button.

The Phone Book is displayed along with the list of your phone entries.
You can scroll through this list to find an entry, or you can choose to
display only specific entries. You can also add new entries, change the
sort order, print the phone book, import or export data from the phone
book to a file and do many other phone book management functions. To
access these features, click the DO button and choose from the list of
available'functions.

Managing Phone Book Entries

You can add new entries, change an existing entry, search for a specific
entry, import and export the phone book data information into a data file,
and perform many other phone book management functions. To access
these functions:

Click the PHONE BOOK button on the Main screen.

Click the DO button on the Phone Book screen.

Choose a command from the selection.
