Two Years on Powered Tractor Attachment
When operated and maintained according to aii suppiied instructions, if this Powered Attachment faiis due to a defect in
materiai or workmanship within two years from the date or purchase, caii 1-800-4-MY-HOME® to arrange for free repair.
This warranty appiies for only one year from the date of purchase if this Powered Attachment is ever used for commerciai
or rentai purposes.
During the first year of purchase, there wiii be no charge for warranty service in your home. For your convenience, in­
home warranty service wiii stiii be avaiiabie after the first year of purchase, but a trip charge wiii appiy. This charge wiii be
waived if you transport the tractor to an authorized Craftsman drop-off iocation. For the nearest authorized iocation, caii
1-800-4-MY-HOME®.
This warranty covers ONLY defects in materiai and workmanship. Sears will NOT pay for:
• Expendable items that become worn during normai use, inciuding but not iimited to blades, spark plugs, air cieaners,
be its, and oii fiiters.
• Standard maintenance servicing, oii changes, or tune-ups.
• Tire repiacement or repair caused by punctures from outside objects, such as naiis, thorns, stumps, or giass.
• Tire or wheei repiacement or repair resuiting from normai wear, accident, or improper operation or maintenance.
• Repairs necessary because of operator abuse, inciuding but not iimited to damage caused by improper transportation,
impacting objects that bend the frame or crankshaft, or over-speeding the engine.
• Repairs necessary because of operator negiigence, inciuding but not iimited to, eiectricai and mechanicai damage
caused by improper storage, faiiure to use the proper grade and amount of engine oii, faiiure to keep the deck dear of
flammabie debris, or faiiure to maintain the equipment according to the instructions contained in the operator's manuai.
• Engine (fuei system) cieaning or repairs caused by fuel determined to be contaminated or oxidized (staie). In general,
fuel should be used within 30 days of its purchase date.
• Normai deterioration and wear of the exterior finishes, or product iabel repiacement.
This warranty appiies oniy whiie this product is within the United States.
This warranty gives you specific iegai rights, and you may aiso have other rights which vary from state to state.
