should avoid drawers containing camphor or

naphthalene. Problems can arise if the camera
is not used over a long period of time. It is a

good idea to periodically release the shutter
without film. The lens can get mildewy, so it

has to be checked every once in a while. If it

does get mildewy, it should be taken to a

service center.

When the Camera is not in use

When not in use, be sure the camera is

switched “OFF" to avoid wasting the bat­
teries.

High Temperature

Do not leave the camera in hot places such as

the rear window or trunk of a car or on top of

a radiator.

Caution with the Head

Please avoid touching the head with anything

metallic. Sound films should also be kept

away from anything magnetic.

If the Camera is dropped in the water

If the camera is dropped in water it is not

easily repairable, but should be taken im­

mediately to a service center.
