Easy Travel Router Setup


 Connect the mini router WAN port to an internet

source via network cable.

 Plug the micro-USB cable into the router with a

USB powered source, e.g., computer USB port or

wall charger.

 (a) Wired Connection: Connect computer to the

Router LAN port with network cable.

(b) Wireless connection:

Network Name/SSID: MiniRouter

Network Password/Key: 123456789


Note:
If you only use the device as a travel router,
you do NOT need to proceed to Step1 and further.

Advanced Configuration


(Important) Connect PC to the mini router LAN
port with network cable.

Open up a browser, e.g. IE, and go to web
address: 192.168.100.1

A login is required:

Username: admin
Password: admin

Note: Maintain wired connection from PC to the
router until you finish the entire setup process for
advanced configuration.

Reset: If you have any difficulty during the setup,
press and hold the Reset button for more than 5
seconds to restore
factory settings.

Advanced Setup— AP Router Mode


 Complete Step 1.
 In the configuration page of the Operation Mode,

select “Gateway mode” and then “Apply Change”

 Go to the Setup Wizard, and follow the

instructions to finish the setup.

 The Router needs to reboot to activate your

settings

 Set the password in the Wireless encryptions to

protect your wireless connection.

Advanced Setup—Repeater Mode

Complete Step 1.

In Operation Mode, select “Bridge” and then “Apply Change”.

Go to "Wireless", "Basic Settings", select "Client" on "Wireless

Mode", select "Enable Universal Repeater Mode", and create

a name on "SSID of Extended Interface", apply changes and

click "Reboot Later".

In "Security", select the newly created SSID, choose

"WPA-Mixed" on "Encryption", and type a password on

"Pre-Shared Key". Apply changes and click "Reboot Later".

Go to "Site Survey", choose home network, click "Next", type

in the wifi password on "Pre-Shared Key", and hit "Connect".

Wait about 30 seconds and then reboot the mini router.

You repeater network with new SSID is ready to use.

Advanced Setup—Client Mode

Complete Step 1.

In Operation Mode, select “Bridge” and then “Apply Change”.

Go to "Wireless", "Basic Settings", select "Client" on "Wireless

Mode", apply changes and click "Reboot Later".

In "Site Survey", choose your home network, click "Next", type

in the wifi password on "Pre-Shared Key" and "Connect".

Wait about 30 seconds and then reboot the mini router.

Connect your device to one of mini router Ethernet ports with

a network cable, and now your wired-only device can also be

used wirelessly by client mode.

Note: When the router is in Bridge mode, both WAN and LAN ports

will become LAN ports.

Advanced Setup—WPS Function

This Router supports WPS. Before you use this

function, please enable WPS under Wireless

settings in the configuration website, and also set

the key for it.

 How to use WPS:

 Push the button on the bottom of the router.
 The WPS LED on the router will start to

blink.

 Push the WPS button on the device, it will

connect automatically.
