Mounting the Remote Display

1) Disconnect the two wires from the rear of the display, and run wire from the cooling unit

to the display. For extending the wiring, use 18 gauge, 2 conductor thermostat wire.

2) Place the face plate against the wall in the desired mounting location.
3) Mark the location of the two holes of the face plate onto the wall. Also outline the cutout

of the face plate.

4) Drill holes, using a 3/16” drill bit, at the two locations. The holes should be 4-3/4” apart

(from center to center).

5) Make the cut out for the display unit. The cutout should be 2-13/16” x 1-3/16”.
6) Put the screw anchors into the wall.
7) Attach the metal mounting clip onto the display unit. Make sure the long side of the clip

covers the bottom of the display unit, and that the sides of the mounting clips fall into the
grooves of the display unit. The grooves are located about 1/2” towards the rear of the
display from the front.

8) After the mounting clip has been attached, slide the unit into the face plate. Make sure

that the unit is fully inserted into the plate and snaps into place.

9) Attach the wires to the terminals on the rear of the display unit. The red wire goes to the

(+) terminal, and the white wire goes to the (–) terminal.

10) Mount the faceplate onto the wall with the screws provided.
