*Only when total assembly is complete — tighten all bolts.

Assembly:

1.

With rack on it’s
side, bolt the bent
feet to the bottom
of the frame with
the large bolts, lock
washers and nuts
with hex key
included.

2.

Bolt caster stretcher
to the bent feet
using the remaining
two small bolts and
lock washers.

3.

Insert threaded stem
caster, with hex nut
on either side, into
the caster stretcher.

4.

If the rack does not
roll properly, the
caster height can be
changed by
adjusting the nuts.

DO NOT REMOVE THE TIE AROUND RACK

UNTIL FULLY ASSEMBLED
